Join us for an immersive Advanced Clinical Training Week in Neijing Nature-Based Medicine, set in the serene environment of the Grass Valley, California. This intensive program is designed for practitioners and students eager to deepen their understanding and refine their clinical skills.

Event Details
Date & Time: Thursday, July 24 to Tuesday July 29, 2025 (9:00am-5:00pm all 6 days)
Location: Grass Valley, CA (US)
Event Site: 14223 Highland Drive, Grass Valley, CA 95945. An all inclusive retreat event space in a beautiful quiet nature setting in the Sierra Nevada Foothills.

Class Size: Limited to 16
Prerequisites: Past completion or current enrollment in the Neijing Nature-Based Medicine: Mentorship Training (formerly called Foundations Level I). Preference is given to those who have completed Clinical Practicums A, B, and C, but other students can attend if there is space available.
Tuition & Payment:
- Professional $2,400/Student $1,800
- Non-refundable deposit for $350 to register and secure your spot.
- Balance is due by July 1, 2025. You should receive an invoice in early June.
- Tuition does not include travel, accommodations, or meals.

Accommodations and Travel
Grass Valley offers a range of lodging options, from cozy bed-and-breakfasts to modern hotels. Located approximately 60 miles northeast of Sacramento, they are accessible via major highways, and the nearest airport is Sacramento International Airport.
Participants should consider arriving on Wednesday, July 23rd to settle in since the workshop begins promptly at 9:00am on Thursday.

- Transportation from airport can be via shuttle or local car share service. Event coordinator can give you references and provide connections to other participants for ride shares.
Accommodations
- Accommodations onsite and in neighborhood of event space. Students must register by May 1 to be included in onsite accommodations. Cost TBA (Predicted cost $70-$125/ night for shared AirBnB accommodations).
- Camping also available onsite. Low cost TBA.
- Local hotels or motels.
Meals
Catering for breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be provided onsite at event space. Cost TBA.
Important Note About Accommodations
Until we have an initial headcount, cost for lodging and meals is unavailable, though we have provided an estimate for lodging based on past experience. Be sure to register and pay your deposit by May 1 if you want to be included in shared accommodations noted above. Otherwise you can secure your lodging at a nearby hotel/motel. We will have more information closer to May 1 or beforehand if the course fills up.
Registration
Spaces for the Advanced Clinical Training Week are limited to 16 in order to ensure an intimate and focused learning environment. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
